Rebecca J. Clay House
The Rebecca J. Clay House was located at 240 NE 13th Ave. The small Frame Vernacular structure was a typical example of many of the early home in the neighborhood. Built c.1943, the property had asbestos shingle walls, a gable roof with asphalt shingles, and louvered gable vents. Alterations to the original design included metal frame awning windows, clamshell awnings, and a car port. It is possible that the front porch was also a later addition. The structure had deteriorated badly and was demolished in 2015.
Wood siding, gable vents, awning windows, clamshell awnings. Enclosed front porch, stucco, may have been a later addition.
